Hihiz.... Double-perios day todae! (normal)
started with double english... (best lesson) = watched bowling in the columbine, the bloody massacre in school - columbine high. Very real and emotional... Issues abt discrimination and fear, violence sets in, diff. btween canada and US comes in real nice....
Recess - Had 2 chicken and 2 nuggets... Yum....
Then had geog - More presentation... Blah.... Knew more abt pulau semakau hahaz....
Double maths - Did some quiz thing abt multipilcation and division of fractions (algebraic) - "Winner gp gets bigger chunk of the easter bunny chocolate." -LEt's maths... Amusing.... But eventually, erm... of cos we won.... Thanks to erm... me!!! I set the questions ya noe..... Wadeva lar....
Then we have double chinese - Toking abt the new lesson of new poems - Then was shot down by singing chang xiang si in class as Yangwz said tt the song has no meaning... Booo!!!!
Had lunch - went back to kelas for chinese compo test.... Quite ez lar..... i scared i out of track leh... but nvm, its over....
then more kevin cheng and IH play.... the only 3cps in my class for lit. portfolio... Yay....
went to library, borrowed LOTF watched it, is nice....

Started lessons with erm... Maths! Corrections for maths! Sianz....
Then got double Chinese- some crappy tok abt the zuo wen test today. i got 42/70 for one of the zuo wen. Pathetic score.... hiaz.... b0ring...
Recess (skipped it)
Then we had Geog. Our presentation abt the waste disposal crap thing and the lesson ended.
Did source base questions for the following history lessons... Not veri enjoyable though....
Took away our 2nd recess (as always)....
Literature... Presented abt LOTF chapter 7
said only 1 pt when the bell rang....
Went to com. lab for com studies test.... abt PHP which i dun understand... aniwaez, heard tt i got 19/25 for it. Not bad lar... A1 happy alreadi.....
then had IVp, discussions... blah....
Went to meet kevin cheng and laurang for IH play stuff w/ yu feng and kun won... Hmm... finally things r goin somewhere. Hope my classmates wud cooperate and act even if it is against his will (*hinting at....)
Then took a bus to 3rd lang center with yu feng, he seems very tired but nvm, he's super anyway.....
Boring third lang, finished learning the syllabus alreadi! Yay!
Reached home, rushed the IH script till 12am.... tts all!!

Boring day yesterdae:
Started lessons with double malay.... More dialogues and conversations.... Playing sepak takraw next monday@! Yeah@!
Then had chicken cutlet for recess w/ sua yu..... HAd trouble wearing tie for consortium assem again...
Went to the space for assembly.... boring tok abt discipline by mr. teo. Next, sec 4s that have chinese langauage speaking disorder tok to us abt their MP attachment in chinese.... Sigh.... stutters and "erms" fill the "space" indeed. then we had the exco to crap to us abt wad they have done = more crapping and make sure they look as if they have worked a lot.... boon gan = replica of jie fu's time stoppin'....
then had pcme, lets maths introduced to us the sepack takraw competition, she didnt noe tt it was supposed to be play by kicking, and thot that it was similar to basketball or sth... hahaz.....
then we had chinese lesson, more toking and mumbling.... borringg......
then had english lesson, brainstormin abt the reasons for violence blah blah....
next, i went for sectionals - worst thing tt cud eva happen
seniors sucks! Kun won took the sec 1s, leaving me with my lamer seniors and crappers..... Sigh.... life is so miserable... tried to imporve my skills with the notes kh gave me..... attempt failed....
then stressed went home w/ me, bz with work for lit. essay and history until 1am... latest time i slept in sec 2 life.....

Another sianz day -
Kana pumped by Kar Wai for not takin instru! I hate him!!! Anyway, life is unfair. So is gopal, sunita, rameshon and suresh quoted by daniel....
Start w/ double science, bored to tears.... - more reproduction stuff : abortion = gory
after 80 mins of pure tok, its recess (homework!) time!
Then have double literature periods... Presented LOTF, crossing fingers not to present chapter seven, knew nuts abt it, luckily the bell saved me...
Then have history, boringer period... Sighz.... Clock in classrm stopped *hm.... lemme guess wads the reason???
Eaten up second recess again then proceed Lab3 for maths, tok abt useless stuff. Chung-lim Hwee Keng Mrs. a.k.a Let's Maths dun noe where her eyebrows are. Slapped her cheek when we told her that there was sth on her eyebrows!!! Hahaz....
End school day with Chinese.... Have to act out 'mang ren muo xiang" had a great laugh, chao lame, have to act out in front of camera next time for the principal to see... Pressure... Was touched on the hair and butt by Kuang LI several times, feels so humiliated... *sob.... Aniwaez, lesson's over!!!
WAIT!!! Still have EF compo test! Went to Warren liew's boring tok abt MRP Content and Procedural Knowlege, no one was listenin'! for 40 mins, then went to LT4 for Eng Class test with all isparkians.... Blackout in LT4 for 10 mins, found it fascinating, 3 teachers finding one switch... Aniwaez, screwed up the test, neva write qn. no and the context sounds wrong. Aniwaez, flunking term 2 liaoz... betta not let lerong beat me or else....
Then took taxi to third lang, thot of several ways to distract the driver so we can get a free ride. perhaps apply medicated oil and his eyes then we scram?? Ok, we were on time, when i went into the class, there were onli a few pple.... Vivian changed her hairstyle, looks much better i think, i prefer girls with straight har, neither tied up nor curly... Tts not the point, Jap mid-yr exam coming soon, stress..... Boring lesson, sigh..... After lesson waited 30 mins for the arrival of my mom..... Hahaz.. Daniel waved at me enthusiastically in his car as he passed by..... So "cute"... -_-" Anywayz, tok a lil to Wei Shi b4 his father came... Tried to newest Chupa Chups lollipop Grenanose or sth... 70 cents leh... rather ex-...
Mom came, fetched me to Hougang Pt where i bought my dinner - McSpicy DOuble and California roll for dinner.. Yumyum delicious... Ate them when i watch 'fei yi ban ma ma' then did geog essay.... Haiz.... Hafta revise PHP now... Byebye

Had band todae! Veri fun, we played 4 songs - Lil Mermaid, aladdin, music for solemnity and les miserable. Veri enjoyable but tired... Toked alot toade, relieving all stress since last wk. The had lunch at HCJC wif Eric, went for VE at a karaoke bar, sang lots of songs.... Veri nice as well. Sang my hearts out then ate at Mcdonalds.. Finally managed to savour the hot fudge sundae after the long wait!!! Went home, mum play MJ, mi visiting my friends' blogs!!!!

Hmm... Today was an enjoyable day, perhaps the most enjoyable of all!!! :D
We start off with English expository writing, dry but nevertheless practicale cos' we r goin to have our common test next monday!!!
Then it was PE!!! (Best lesson of the day!): We did the 5 items for NAPFA todae!! I passed evrything yeah!!! Broke 5 records this year for NAPFA!!!
Standing Broad Jump (190cm) (Cant help lar, im short wad...) Record!
Sit-ups (43) Normal standards
Inclined Pull Ups (31) Record!

Sit and Reach (35cm) Record! Cant help, hands short wad...

Then it was maths, we went to library to do some papre work, a lil boring but nvm...
CHINeSE!!! We had singing session of pop songs todae! Goin to share mine next wk!!!!
Double SCience - Videos of real pregnancy... Veri factual and learnt a lot!!!
Band rocks todae, warm ups for 3 hrs then went home....
Watched AMI, Jasmine sucks this wk, Latoya rocks... Unsure about fantasia....
So happy tt the IH play proposal is done. Three Cheers!!!!

Sighz... So tired todae... Finally finished lit. review!!! Yeah! 2nd obstacle of the week gone! Still have IH play proposal... haiz.... Its neva-ending lar....
Anyway, todae's lessons r pretty much ok, my class had double English, I had one English period and one dental period, "eating" up my recess as well. Sigh, my english compre term test is pathetic! 33/50!!! Below class average... But at least I got above 30 lar, but my summary skills are veri bad.. Aniwaez, the dentist is quite ok, not as pain as I thot it wud be, and I MISSED recess! So hungry...
Then we had Geog, where 2 gps presented their topic on irrigation (Copy and Paste work) and waste disposal (original). Not bad, very inf0-filling...
Next, double Maths... Phew... luckily mrs. chung never come todae. Maths have never been tt productive.. We self-learnt some equations thing, fiddled with excel, laughed a lot at com lab with Mr Yong and Ms Ong to relief us.... Okay lar...
Finally, double chinese (best period of the day), cos i topped in class for yesterday's Chinese test!!! Yang WZ indeed marked the paper real fast, if it was HoKK it wud take him years to finish the zao ju section... I got 58/60!!! Soooo happy.... We did corrections and stuff, then it was VE time.... Of cos, due to the IH play proposal, i had to skip lunch again, and we came up with a "homo" topic by who? Of coz its Tai Boon lar.... then who didya expect? Yong Lin?
VE Time! We went to the music rm like always and began vocal warm-ups, then we decided to sing Di Tanjung Katong for Racial harmony.... The song practically was ok, but the melody was given to the straining tenors and bass! Yucks, then Siew suddenly introduced some stoopid rap into the song like (IP, VP, MRP! or Project, project, project, ACE,ACE,ACE!" and utterly destroyed the whole song! Next, we tried "Yi Qi ZHou Dao" by Stephanie Sun, and I was made the sing the ending solo with Darrell!!! yeah!!! So happy again...
Then i went home and took a nap, until 9pm when my father woke me up and I ate dinner! Then i rushed thru Lit. Review until wee hrs lyk now.... Goodnitez....

Didnt update yesterday... Haiz... Internet failure and overwork. Very sian... Prepared for Chinese yesterday, had to re-do stoopid Lit. Review... Spent all my time on that....
Today's schoolday: Overall - Zzzzzz
First, we started off wif ummm... Maths, where we taught about scatter plots in Com Lab1 (yeah), at least got air-con... Oh hum... This is one of her "better" lessons of Maths... Chung-Lim HK Mrs. finally praised me after one term.... She always despised me wad.... Cannot help one lar..... :(
OOpsy... DOuble CHinese = Chinese Test!!! The test is quite ok lar... Except the "zao ju", a lil bit hard, but still can do... Then Yang laoshi commented on my diligence in actually bothering to write "xi zi" but scolded me for anyhow-ly doing my commercial assignment. I felt proud and humiliated altogether... But aniwaez, test over! 1st obstacle this wk over liaoz!!!!!!
Recess, yum-yum ate Chicken Chop, sitting w/ Sua Yu, Jian Yi and Jeffrey. Tok abt some Indian jokes, and lamer ones which brought fake laughter around the canteen. At least the food was filling lar....
Next Geography (Best Lesson of The Day [1]): Veir nice, Ms Sarah neva scold us wad... Then we did filing and some st00pid survey, with questions like

History, erm... Boring gp work, but Yu Feng pulled it off. Debate not as excepted as Giam thought it would be... She's kinda annoyed todae... "But as boys, sons, husbands and males, we must understand the painful cycle of women." quoted by Mr. Suresh.... But overall, it was okay... But she took our 10 mins AGAIN!!! Evrytime liddat one. Not fair lor... :(
Literature (Best Lesson 2) - Yu Feng, Tai Boon, Kun Won and Sheng Wei did their presentation on Lord of the Flies chapter 3/4 analysis. They rock lor... Very comprehensive and detailed. Laurang kept nodding her head at least, but it was nevertheless fun. I feel "bad" that she is leaving us soon... Hahaz....
Com. Studies (Worst Lesson of the Day) - Erm... Its not actually Yong's fault, but its just tt i dun quite understand the PHP lesson and the test is lyk, next week? The content of the PHP sucks big time lor...
Innovations Programme - Did our 1st modelling, things went badly. Veri stuck lar.... Sianz.. Dun wanna tok abt it anymore...
Japanese class - Oops. I squashed Albert's pen "accidentally" and therefore had to pay him for the refill. Suddenly, i feel a little evil but the routine was lesson was like ho-hum again.. But we learnt Jap in the lab todae so got Air-Con!!! Yeah!!!
After tt, i took a bus home... Came back, cooked Campbell Soup... Finished them all, haven't washed the dishes yet but it was "aiii--iii"... Buying supper later... :D

School was darn boring 2dae...
0800-0920: DOuble Science - Boring "talk" of Science sexual reproduction todae... What wud want to noe abt the scientific parts of a v*****? Anyway, we got on-time recess, so that is the only consolation to this matter.
0920-1000: R3c3SS!!! Had chicken rice... Not bad lar... Quite nice lar...
1000-1120: Double Lit. (sigh...) - Talk more abt Lord of The Flies chapter analysis. Sianz.... Apparently Kuang Li is copy and pasting his "analysis". Anyway, we got a lil free time as laurang hafta go to some sec 1 assembly.... Anyway, phew... finally finished....
1120-1200: History - Boring-er lesson, rushed through a ppt. slide in 8 mins time, very hush-hush schedule. More history essays to write... "Farquhar or Raffles? Which is a better leader or sth lyk tt..."
1200-1210: Singing practices - Sang my routine songs again.. Received more "shaddups" from Jeremy (gunting merah pemakan) and Sheng Wei... Anyway, FREEDOM! GIMME SOME FREEDOM!YEA !!! Ok nvm...
1210-1250: Worst lesson for the day: MATHS!!! Learning lines of regression now! Again, what's the use, or at least practical use or noeing the equations of lines, or where the coordinates of the lines are???
Suddenly, Siew YP a.k.a my "fave" teacher called me from class and told me to generate the VE list CIP list and will tell me the location of the Karaoke lesson for VE singing the famous, well-knowned "Hua Zhong' Rap, what the h*ll is that?
1250-1340: Chinese Lesson... Ok lar... The whole lesson is to attempt to make out lyrics of "tong nian". Even though Yang WZ gave us abt 80Z% of the words orally, nevertheless, its still not fit to claim the title of the Worst Lesson of the Day.
Due to the unexplanable occurence of events today, there would be no "Best Lesson of the Day" award today.
Third lang later.... Class was boring still.... Felt like sleeping... Neva saw favourite Hn Sec 4 senior (investiture i think), Sheng Wei (doin' some personal stuff), Yong LIn (16*200 run) and Marcus (doin wadeva stuff)... Sigh... Anyway, i got 36.5/50 for my CA2!!! An A2... Oh darn... Standards dropped again... Yong Lin beat me by 2 marks and Zheng Hang, by 6.5!!! Goodness. I shld be satisfied being the 3rd all the time. In class, in third lang....
Yum.... Had laksa 4 dinner... Veri hot but shiok!!! Ok... Tts all for todae....

Boring day.... All alone at home.... Mom went to play Mahjong at friends' hse. Father went for work. Left me alone at home... Anyway, it was Good Friday!
Watched 2 DVDs... "Love Actually" and "Haunted Mansion". Hmmm... The quality and the movie itself is not bad... No homework done. Feeling procrastinaty after the concert on the 8th....
Btw, you are now listenin' to Jasmine Trias' (woo-hoo!) "Don't let the Sun Go Down on Me", the results version, when she and Camile were told that they were in the bottom 2. Sigh.... At least her last two "me's" were on-pitch, unlike her off-tune "me-s" during the performance night due to her laryngitis (did i spelt that rite?). Poor her, anyway, enjoy!

Hihi! Its my very first blog! Hmmm... 9th April 2004....
Anyway, I performed at Esplanade yesterday. It rocks! Not the concert though, but the time spent with the band friends and my favourite Sec 4 seniors.... :D
We went to Esplanade at abt 8.45am. Then we were brought to our respective dressing rms. DRESSING ROOMS! Yes, like the 60s "Long Piao Piao" kind of dressing rms. The euphonium section shared the same room with the horns section! Yeah! For the eupho-horn relations! We put our bags and took our instruments to the main concert hall... Our dressing room was number 08 btw...
And went to practice the concert pieces at abt 9.30. It was definitely incredibly big! Even though I have been there for once but i still enjoyed the feeling of performing in such a classy place ("Simon, you dunnoe ke-las!!" quoted by Fantasia Barrino). Then Sharon, a Euphonium JC2 nice-nice girl sat beside me. She is very sweet and nice, kept talking to me one... Like her a lot like a sister. She looks nice as well... except she a little short lar... Hahaz...
Kun Won also sat beside me... Then he goes "Bang" most of the time... Sighz... alreadi got used to it liaoz... But then, he keeps shootin' me... Wonder how long i can handle this psychological "war"... We practiced the songs for until 12.30 when we were given our lunch breaks and free time until like... 5.30pm!! 5 hrs of free time! Yeah!!!
Originally, I thought of tagging along the horn's section as they are not that lame like my euphonium section. By the way, if u do not know me very well or you are kept under the spiritual caves of Timbuktu for 10 whole years, yes, i am playing the euphonium (a mini-size tuba). But HaoQuan, my eupho sec 4 stopped me from going out wif them. We quarrelled at Burger King's with the Trumpet's, Tuba's and Horn's sections eating and looking at us.. Then, when the whole section was present (w/o Donaphan, Yan Ting and Sharon), we decided after going to Cavana, to return back to Burger Kings to have lunch... Sigh... St00pid planning.... I had BK Chicken Sandwich btw @ $6.00!
After eating, we separated ourselves from the Horn's section as the trumpet section and eupho section went to the bowling alley at Marina Square, Level 2. I bowled for 2 games only as my fourth finger hurt a lot after the first game. The 2 sections played on separate lanes, so there wasn't so much interactivity goin' on. Then I received a SMS saying that the Horn section has gone back to Esplanade to do homework... SIgh... poor sec 4s...
My first score was 104 and the second was 98... Not bad for my usual standards... Luckily i am not that rusty after all... :D It costs me $5.40 for the 2 games and the shoes... Then, Hao Quan, Wui Siong( my SL) and I went to the arcade beside the alley and played para-para... Twas fun though, even if I looked stupid and monotonous as I was playing the easiest dance of all... :) Then I played the Machi Bachi game, the machine where there are various games to choose from with the red, green and blue buttons... Get it? Yeah! I impressed the sec 1s (tt originally dun quite lyk me cos i am in Vocal Ensemble) of my quick response beating the computer by 20 odd points in a colour-matching game!!! Yes! Looks like the $1.50 on that game was worth it for some popularity!!! Oops...
Then we went back to Esplanade with Ivan, Terence and Kun Won... I met Sean (Horn Sec 2), Bernard (Trumpet Sec 4, Quartermaster of Band) and Dion (expected Drum Major of next year, Trumpet Sec 3) changing shoelaces and Sean seemed a little out of sorts. But anyway, I asked my section to go back first while I walked with the others back to Esplanade a lil later. When we reached the entrance of Esplanade, we saw Mrs. Lam Poh Ling (Band teacher i/c) and Seng wee Peng (Councillor wadeva I/C) and they asked us to carry the 1000 concert pamphlets to the theatre entrance.
After a few wrong turns, we FINALLY arrived at the entrance. We put the pamphlets and guess who were saw next? Adam Chong! The secretary of SUST 2003, Band flutist 2003, supposingly sec 3 now!! He emigrated to Australia bcos his brother is studying in Keys or some University. His family is so very rich lor... He looked so nice yesterday with the sunglasses on his head, so lyk un-singaporean!!!
Then I went back to the Dressing room, saw Terence (Eupho SL next yr), Sean, Ivan (Eupho Sec 3) and Wui Siong playing Bridge, wadeva is that, i dunnoe how 2 play, rather popular card game in band. Alfred (Horn Sec 4 - 2nd fave senior) and Daniel (DM of Band, Horn Sec 4, Favourite Senior in Band) doing their hw, Dion playing wif Daniel's handphone and Harrapan (Horn Sec 2) studying. I popped in and said Hi to them and took out my discman and began my usual routine singing of Camile Velasco's "Son of a Preacher Man" and Jasmine Trias' "Run To You" and "Inseparable", my favourite songs from the American Idol. Btw, Camile is out alreadi this week! Three cheers. Alfred and Daniel oso watch AMI as well! Yeah! More common topics.. Daniel called Camile "chio" before the finals, but now he calls her some funny names due to her wacky dress sense and so on... Anyway, to my surprise when I was singing, Daniel and Alfred suddenly joined in as well...
Hmmm ... Seems that i distracted them from their work as we actually began to talk to each other, laughing and having fun.... More senior-junior interaction.... No wonder they are my favourite seniors... Wonder how my life would be without them.. :S
5.30... Changed clothes to black blazer, black long pants, black socks... Had yucky dinner from the green plate store.. Onli the chicken was nice... Passed by some HCJC seniors.... Most of them exclaimed with joy and shrills "Ohh... So Cute.. That boy is sooo adorable"... Oh pls.... Then i took some photos with my sections... Then went to the concert hall at abt 7.00, when the audience began filling in the seats.
Waved to my mother and father... So happy tt they were there yesterday... Saw Mr. Edmund Teo oso, wearing a white casual shirt with his usual long khaki pants, like a preacher or sth... Anyway, then turned my head around to the gallery seats... Erm... no familiar faces... Wait! Isn't that Tai Boon and Alex? Anyway, it was 7.30pm. The lights dimmed. The MC spoke. Mr. Lim, our conductor came in...
We played our first song "Overture for Spring Festival" composed by Mr. Lim himself (email me if u want the MP3), went horribly bad, but who cares? The audience clapped. Then we played "Sound of Music", sounded okay. More clapping.... Then "Latin Sun" with Samuel (Saxaphone Sec 4) dunnoe him very well, solo. SOunded quite nice... Then we played "Beauty and the Beast" (get the MP3 from me as well if u want), very ballady, Terence's solo was well-received and smooth. Then "Souvenir Cirque' renz", with Si Yao playing the mallets solo, very well received as well.... Then finally the finale "Fate of the Gods" (dloadable Mp3 from me oso), not bad lar.... At least I got most notes correct.... :D Then the concert had an interval before the String Orch performs.
Break time = more singing. Then when the string orch performed, all of us have to keep quiet due to the awesome acoustics of the esplanade concert hall.. After that at abt 11pm, the concert ended. Went up stage again to clap for conductors and Choo huey, waved to parents and tai boon again... Then, we packed up and took a bus back to CHS. We were then dismissed and went home.
So there I was, exhausted, smelly and filthy. I, of course, bathed and went to sleep at about 12.30pm..
